Our Group Structure
The basic structure of a Scout Group consists of The sections for our youth membership, the Leadership teams, an Executive Committee which we choose to call our Group Development Team (GDT) and a number of supporting roles that help the Leaders and the GDT with administration, management of our facilities and equipment.

Our Group Council
It is not only the young person that joins the 3rd Hayling Scout Group. Parents automatically become members of the Group Council (no choice I am afraid!!). The full council meets just once a year, at our "Annual Awards and Presentations" evening normally held in June each year.
