Saturn Cubs in Camp

Report Date 11/05/10

24 Cubs and 5 Leaders spent the weekend in camp. Following an evening hike on the Friday, the Cubs slept (??) in tents before a day of activity on the Saturday. The day was spent making camp gadgets - these are self built things, normally from wood and sizal which act as a help throughout a camp with typical items being a plate rack, mug tree, boot scraper. Of course the cubs also developed many of their own ideas.

Other activities included games, inventing a play and song for the evening camp fire and exploring the site.

Well done Saturn and thanks to the leaders for their hard work in planning and executing a great camp for the Cubs.
