5 Explorers complete 2 day expedition

5 Explorers from Nexus Unit completed a 2 day expedition as part of their Chief Scout's Platinum and Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award in the New Forest.

For Conway Parke, Will Kenny, Matt King and Kaj Carter this was their fully assessed expedition and for Ed Mill the practice expedition that they are all required to undertake.

Terry Brinnen our Leader who manages these awards on behalf of the Group said, "On average the weather was reasonable - fantastic on Saturday and miserable today - but as with all scouts their optimism was a wonder to behold!!! ".
