Event Online Management

Event Online Management is the function that enables online bookings and management of events. From this page, and by clicking on the image you can:-

Please Note You can view bookings and attendees, but will need to login to use the create function or make changes


Create Online Management / Support for a new Event

To use this option, you must have already created an "Activity / Resource" booking. You can then
  • Create a web page for your event
  • Define attendance options, event costs plus any restirctions or discounts that apply
  • Define how attendees may book (online, download form or other)
  • If a sleepover or camp, build a health form and provide the option for online completion or download
  • Define any other merchandise available at your event, including costs

Manage Active Events

View and manage the active bookings for events supported by "Online Event Management".
  • List, change or cancel current bookings
  • List current payment information
  • Add new payment information and / or event forms received against a booking
  • List the attendees booked (by section where applicable)

Finalise Completed Events

Events move to this category as soon as the end date has passed. For events that have already completed, you can still
  • List bookings
  • List payment information
  • Add new payment information and / or event forms received against a booking
  • List the attendees booked (by section where applicable)

Review Closed Events

Events should be closed as soon as the final accounts have been submitted. You will then only be able to:-
  • List bookings and attendees
  • List payment information
